ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Admission starts in the month of January and goes up to July 31st. Application form is available in the school administrative office. Admissions will be made for vijayadasami for kindergarten. Application Form has Three segments namely General Information of the applicant and his parent, Health particulars of the applicant and agreements. The Health status of the child should be filled after taking the guidance of the family doctor or child’s pediatrician. The completed forms should be submitted at our office along with a copy of child’s birth certificate at the time of admission. Application Form should be filled by the applicants Parents in block letters.

The applicants Birth Certificates in original should be produced at the time of submission of application for L.K.G with 3-colour passport size photo.
Age criteria – The child should be
- ⇒ 2 ½ on or before 31st July for admission into Pre K.G.
- ⇒ 3+ on or before 31st July for admission into L.K.G.
- ⇒ 4+ on or before 31st July for admission into UKG.
- ⇒ 5+ on or before 31st July for admission into 1st STD.
Community certificate is needed for SC & ST.
- A parent who wishes to admit (or) withdraw their children during the middle of the year has to pay the fees and special fees for that academic year.
- Fees once remitted will not be refunded on any account.
- The school-leaving certificate (transfer certificate – TC) will be given on payment of Rs.500/- in a week’s time.
- One-week notice in writing should be given for withdrawal of a student by the concerned parents/guardian.
- Transfer certificate (T.C) will be issued after the clearance of fees dues.
