We at SIHSS have created an atmosphere that is warm, happy and full of love that would bring about happy and healthy children. Our method of teaching allows the children to develop and learn through their own needs without barriers.
It is an established truth that Education is a process by which society passes on the accumulated knowledge and experience of innumerable centuries to new generations in a systematic, concentrated and abridged form, so that today’s young people can start their lives at the high point of knowledge and wisdom attained by preceding generations.
Education should replace the slow subconscious process of trial and error learning with a swift, conscious process. There is an evident general agreement that the greatest forces for social progress are human energy and human creative potential. These are the real and ultimate determinants of human development. Yet human potential is like an uncut, unpolished gem or a field of fertile soil, which has never been ploughed or cultivated. To bring out that potential and generate prosperity, it needs to be cultivated. That is the role of education.
Active careers may be shorter than they have been. Retirement or semi-retirement may come earlier than hitherto. An Indian au fait with his tradition and culture should be well placed to pick up the threads, be happy with the help of his identity and feel neither lonely nor lost.
Our teachers of all standards and KGs are committed to the provision of quality all levels of school education. We believe that meaningful, happy learning experiences in the early years will provide a child with a sound foundation for future education. So we put more care and attention to nursery and kg classes.
Though education is a power to cultivate and develop human potential, it has very little to do with these things. It has everything to do with awakening the minds of children, evoking their enthusiastic interest in the world around them, and releasing their curiosity and creative energies. We need an education that incorporates the facile teaching aids of the electronic media and the warm springs of a human guide.
