• 9th to 12th Standard: Tamil Nadu State Board (Uniform System of School Education)

o Short, engaging teaching sessions in line with children’s natural attention span (15-30 minutes for early learners).
o Learning is hands-on, utilizing flashcards, storytelling, pictorial learning, and interactive activities.
o Focus on seeing, hearing, and knowing simultaneously to enhance retention.
• Small Class Sizes:

o Pre-School to UKG: 1 teacher per 10 students
o Classes 1 to 5: 1 teacher per 15 students
o Intensive small group learning with 4-5 students at a time while others engage in educational games.

BOARD OF EDUCATION (For 9th to 12th Standard)
The Tamil Nadu Uniform System of School Education (Equitable Education System) ensures standardized learning across all schools in the state. This system was introduced to eliminate disparities between Matriculation, CBSE, and Government Schools, promoting equal learning opportunities for all students.
Inspired by former Chief Minister K. Kamaraj, who pioneered the concept of uniformity in school dress code, this system aims to reduce socio-economic differences among students and ensure an equal platform for academic growth.
