Dress Code & Grooming Guidelines
At [School Name], we maintain a strict uniform policy to encourage discipline and uniformity among students. All students must adhere to the prescribed dress code during school hours and at all school events.
Uniform Details
📌 Monday (Sports Meet & P.E.T. Days)
• Boys: Navy Blue full trousers (as per class requirement), Orange T- shirt, white canvas shoes, and school identity card.
• Girls: White tops with a pinafore skirt or white chudidar (as per class requirement), white canvas shoes, and school identity card.
• Hair must be cut short for both boys and girls.
📌 Other Working Days
• Boys: Peacock blue half trousers with a white shirt, black sandals, and school identity card.
• Girls: Peacock blue pinafore skirt with a white shirt, black socks, black sandals, and school identity card.
• Hair must be cut short for boys, while girls with long hair must keep it plaited with white/blue ribbons or hairbands.
General Dress Code Rules
• Uniforms, footwear, ties, and ID cards will be supplied by the school.
• Sweaters & Jackets (during winter) must be plain navy blue with no patterns or designs.
• Pinafore Length: Girls’ pinafore must extend 4-5 inches below the knee in standing position.
• Belts: Must be stitched along with the pinafore. No other belts are allowed.
• Jewelry & Accessories: Any jewelry or accessories that attract undue attention are not allowed.
• Makeup: Strictly not permitted for girls.
• Hats, caps, sweatbands, & sunglasses are not allowed on the school campus.
• White P.E.T. shoes should only be worn on Mondays, sports meets, and P.E.T. days.
Non-Compliance:
Students failing to follow the uniform code will be subject to disciplinary action as per the school’s Discipline Code.

o Girls: Wearing pinafores instead of the prescribed uniform, excessive jewelry, or makeup.
o Hair coloring for both boys and girls is strictly prohibited.
2. Attendance Issues
o Arriving late to school without a valid reason.
o Failing to submit a leave letter after being absent.
o Leaving the campus or class without proper permission.
o Returning late to class after recess, breaks, or activity periods.
3. Misconduct
o Disrupting the class by talking loudly or creating distractions.
o Using disrespectful or abusive language towards teachers or students.
o Ignoring teachers' instructions in the classroom or school premises.
o Misbehaving in corridors, near the library, canteen, or administrative office.
4. Fighting & Bullying
o Engaging in physical fights inside the school premises or bus.
o Forming groups to create disturbances or incite conflicts among students.
5. Substance Abuse
o Possession of tobacco, lighters, or firecrackers within the campus.
o Carrying or using drugs, alcohol, or other banned substances.
o Use or possession of chewing gum is strictly prohibited.
6. Prohibited Items
o Bringing mobile phones, electronic gadgets, or music players.
o Carrying dangerous objects like weapons or laser pointers.
o Possessing objectionable literature or inappropriate materials.
o Engaging in private meetings between boys and girls in secluded areas.
7. Dishonesty & Cheating
o Copying in exams or using someone else’s work as one’s own.
o Altering grades, forging parent signatures, or tampering with report cards.
o Keeping or using stolen items.
Classroom & Campus Discipline
• Punctuality: Arrive on time and be seated before the bell rings.
• Respect: Treat teachers and classmates with courtesy and cooperation.
• Attentiveness: Pay attention in class, work quietly, and follow teacher instructions.
• Permission: Always seek approval before speaking, leaving class, or moving around.
• Movement: Walk calmly in corridors, avoid running, shouting, or pushing others.
• Cleanliness: Ensure desks and classroom spaces are tidy before leaving.
• Special Permissions: Carry a pass or slip from the teacher when visiting the first aid room or other areas.
