Admission Process

Admissions open from January to July 31st, with Vijayadasami admissions available for Kindergarten. Application forms are available at the school office and must be submitted along with the child’s birth certificate. Health details should be completed with a doctor’s guidance.

Admission Notice
Documents Required for Admission:
• The applicant's original Birth Certificate must be produced at the time of submission of the application for L.K.G.
• Three (3) passport-size colour photographs.
• Community Certificate (mandatory for SC & ST applicants).

Age Criteria for Admission:
• Pre K.G.: The child should be 2 ½ years old on or before 31st July.
• L.K.G.: The child should be 3+ years old on or before 31st July.
• U.K.G.: The child should be 4+ years old on or before 31st July.
• 1st Standard: The child should be 5+ years old on or before 31st July.

Withdrawal Policy:
• Parents wishing to admit or withdraw their children during the middle of the year must pay the full fees and special fees for that academic year.
• Fees once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• A Transfer Certificate (T.C.) will be issued only upon the clearance of all fee dues.
• A fee of Rs. 500/- is applicable for the issuance of the Transfer Certificate, which will be provided within one week.
• A one-week prior written notice from the parent/guardian is required for the withdrawal of a student.
